Surface Conditioning Discs

Surface Conditioning Discs are designed for blending, deburring, cleaning, surface preparation and finishing across a wide range of metalworking applications. They provide controlled abrasive action and a consistent finish while helping to avoid excessive stock removal or damage to the workpiece.

Our range includes non-woven surface conditioning products, PFERD POLINOX PNER discs, quick-change finishing discs and Clean & Strip discs for more aggressive cleaning and coating removal.

Surface conditioning and PNER abrasives are ideal for applications such as weld blending, light deburring, scratch removal, surface refinement and preparing metal before further finishing or coating.

Clean & Strip discs are designed for heavier cleaning tasks including rust removal, paint and coating removal, oxidation removal and general surface stripping, while minimising damage to the base material.

Suitable for use on steel, stainless steel (INOX), aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, these abrasives are widely used in fabrication, engineering, maintenance and metal finishing applications.
