Unitised Roloc Quick Change Discs are designed for controlled surface preparation, blending, deburring, cleaning and finishing where a more refined result is required than conventional coated abrasives.

The compressed non-woven unitised construction provides a consistent cutting action while helping produce an even, controlled finish on metal surfaces.

Available in 6AM and 2SF grades, these discs can be used as part of a staged finishing process after initial abrasive preparation:

6AM – first-stage blending and refinement after initial grinding or surface preparation.
2SF – finer-stage finishing before polishing or final surface refinement.

Available in 51mm (2") and 76mm (3") diameters for use with compatible quick-change holders.

Typical applications include deburring, weld blending, cleaning, scratch refinement and preparation before polishing.
