Roloc Quick Change Surface Conditioning Discs are heavy-duty non-woven abrasive discs designed for blending, deburring, surface preparation and finishing in professional fabrication, engineering and maintenance applications.
The HD surface conditioning material is thicker and stronger than standard finishing material, providing a faster cutting action and longer service life during demanding applications.
These discs are particularly well suited to stainless steel and tough or exotic alloys, making them ideal for applications including weld blending, light burr removal, scratch removal, surface refinement and preparation before further finishing.
Available in 50mm and 75mm diameters with Medium and Coarse grades, allowing the correct disc to be selected according to the required level of material removal and finish.
The quick-change fixing system allows rapid disc changes and excellent access in confined or difficult-to-reach areas.
