General Roloc Surface Conditioning Discs are cost-effective quick-change non-woven abrasive discs designed for blending, light deburring, surface preparation and finishing across a wide range of workshop and fabrication applications.
The surface conditioning material produces a consistent, uniform scratch pattern, making these discs well suited to general-purpose work where a controlled finish is more important than aggressive stock removal.
They work particularly well on mild steel, carbon steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, and can also be used on composites, GRP and plastics where appropriate.
Typical applications include removing light burrs, blending mill marks and tool marks, surface refinement, defect removal and preparing surfaces before further finishing or coating.
Available in 50mm and 75mm diameters with Fine, Medium, Coarse and Extra Coarse grades, allowing the correct disc to be selected according to the required finish and level of material removal.
The quick-change fixing system allows fast disc replacement and easy access to confined or difficult-to-reach areas.
