MAX Roloc Surface Conditioning Discs are premium quick-change non-woven abrasive discs designed for blending, deburring, surface preparation and defect removal on demanding metalworking applications.
The advanced smear-free surface conditioning material resists loading on aluminium and other soft metals, while the thicker, stronger construction provides faster stock removal and improved resistance to edge wear.
These discs are particularly effective on stainless steel, tougher mild steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, making them ideal for applications including light burr removal, weld blending, surface refinement, mill-mark removal, tool-mark removal and scratch blending.
Available in 50mm and 75mm diameters with Very Fine, Medium, Coarse and Extra Coarse grades, allowing the correct disc to be selected from fine finishing through to more aggressive surface conditioning.
The quick-change fixing system allows fast disc replacement and excellent access in confined or difficult-to-reach areas.
