ā­ Professional Range

SAIT Powermax D 9.3 Ceramic Fibre Discs are high-performance fibre-backed abrasive discs designed for demanding grinding and stock removal on stainless steel (INOX).

Manufactured with 100% ceramic abrasive grain, the D 9.3 range delivers aggressive cutting performance and high stock removal rates. A top-filled coating helps reduce heat generation during grinding, making these discs particularly well suited to demanding stainless-steel applications.

The self-sharpening ceramic grain continually exposes fresh cutting edges during use, helping maintain a fast, consistent cut and strong service life.

Typical applications include weld removal, heavy stock removal, deburring, edge preparation and surface grinding in fabrication, engineering and industrial metalworking.

Available in 100mm, 115mm, 125mm and 180mm diameters, with grit options from P36+ to P120+ depending on size.

For maximum performance, use with a suitable hard fibre-disc backing pad. SAIT recommends DZ HARD backing pads for 115mm and 125mm discs and BZ HARD for 180mm discs.
