SAITPAD BZ HARD 180mm Fibre Disc Backing Pad is a rigid backing pad designed for use with 180mm fibre discs in demanding grinding and stock-removal applications.
The hard polymer construction provides strong support under higher grinding pressure, helping the abrasive disc maintain consistent contact with the workpiece during heavy grinding.
Designed for use with compatible 180mm fibre discs, the BZ HARD backing pad is particularly suited to applications such as weld removal, heavy stock removal, deburring and surface preparation.
Its rigid construction makes it a good match for high-performance ceramic and zirconia fibre discs where maximum cutting efficiency is required.
