SAITPAD DZ HARD Fibre Disc Backing Pads are high-rigidity backing pads designed to support aggressive fibre-disc grinding on angle grinders.
The firm polymer construction provides strong support under higher grinding pressure, helping fibre discs maintain consistent contact with the workpiece for efficient stock removal.
Radial cooling grooves help improve airflow and reduce heat build-up during demanding grinding applications.
Available for 115mm and 125mm fibre discs, with thread options including M14 and 5/8" UNC depending on the variant.
These backing pads are particularly well suited to high-performance ceramic and zirconia fibre discs used for weld removal, heavy grinding, deburring and surface preparation.
For maximum performance, use with the correct fibre-disc diameter and ensure the backing pad is suitable for the machine speed and application.
