SAITDISC D Z Zirconia Fibre Discs are durable fibre-backed abrasive discs designed for grinding, deburring, weld dressing and stock removal on steel, ferrous metals and cast iron.

The zirconia abrasive grain provides a strong balance of cutting performance, durability and value, making these discs well suited to regular fabrication, engineering and maintenance work.

Compared with standard aluminium oxide abrasives, zirconia offers improved cutting efficiency and service life under higher grinding pressures, making it a reliable choice for general-purpose metalworking.

Typical applications include weld removal, deburring, edge grinding, surface preparation and general stock removal.

Available in 115mm, 125mm and 180mm diameters, with grit options from P24 to P120 depending on size.

A suitable fibre-disc backing pad should always be used to support the disc correctly during grinding.
