PFERD POLIFAN CURVE Ceramic Flap Discs are specialist abrasive discs designed for grinding fillet welds, radii, contours and difficult-to-reach areas where conventional flat flap discs are less effective.
Featuring high-performance ceramic abrasive grain, the POLIFAN CURVE design provides aggressive cutting performance, controlled material removal and excellent access around curved profiles and welded joints.
Suitable for steel and stainless steel (INOX), these discs are ideal for professional fabrication, engineering and metalworking applications including fillet weld grinding, weld dressing, contour grinding, edge blending and surface finishing.
The curved flap construction allows abrasive material to work effectively around the outer edge of the disc, making POLIFAN CURVE particularly useful for internal corners and shaped components.
Available in 115mm and 125mm diameters, both in P60 grit, for use on compatible angle grinders.
