PFERD Zirconia Z-COOL Spiral Bands – GSB Bulk Packs are high-performance abrasive sleeves designed for aggressive, cool grinding on stainless steel and difficult-to-machine materials.

The zirconia abrasive grain is combined with active grinding additives that help improve stock removal, reduce clogging and lower grinding temperatures during demanding applications.

Available in a range of diameters, lengths and grit sizes, the range includes options from P36 to P80 for heavy material removal, weld dressing, edge work and controlled surface preparation.

Supplied in 100-piece GSB bulk packs, these bands are ideal for workshops and production environments with regular abrasive consumption.

Typical applications include weld grinding, deburring, edge preparation, contour grinding and high stock removal on stainless steel and other difficult-to-machine materials.

For best performance, use with the correct compatible rubber drum holder and operate within PFERD’s recommended cutting-speed range of 20–30 m/s. The maximum permitted peripheral speed is 30 m/s.
