PFERD Zirconia Spiral Bands – GSB Bulk Packs are heavy-duty abrasive sleeves designed for coarse grinding, weld dressing, edge work and high stock removal on steel and stainless steel (INOX).

The zirconia abrasive grain provides aggressive cutting performance and long tool life, making these spiral bands well suited to demanding fabrication, engineering and maintenance applications.

Available in a wide range of diameters, lengths and grit sizes, the range includes options from P36 to P120 for aggressive grinding through to controlled blending and surface preparation.

Supplied in 100-piece GSB bulk packs, these bands are ideal for workshops and production environments with regular abrasive usage.

For best performance, use with the correct compatible rubber drum holder and operate within the recommended cutting-speed range of 20–30 m/s. The maximum permitted peripheral speed is 30 m/s.
