PFERD Ceramic CO-COOL Spiral Bands ā€“ GSB Bulk Packs are high-performance abrasive sleeves designed for maximum stock removal and cool grinding on hard and tough materials that do not conduct heat well.

The self-sharpening ceramic oxide grain maintains a consistently high cutting rate, while active grinding additives help improve stock removal, reduce clogging and lower grinding temperatures during demanding applications.

These spiral bands are particularly suitable for stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys and other hard materials, making them ideal for demanding fabrication, aerospace, engineering and maintenance work.

Available in a wide range of diameters, lengths and grit sizes from P36 to P120, the range covers heavy stock removal, weld dressing, edge preparation, contour grinding and controlled surface preparation.

Supplied in 100-piece GSB bulk packs, these bands are ideal for workshops and production environments with regular abrasive usage.

For best performance, use with the correct compatible rubber drum holder and operate within the recommended cutting-speed range of 20ā€“30 m/s. The maximum permitted peripheral speed is 30 m/s.
