PFERD POLICAP Abrasive Spiral Bands are flexible abrasive sleeves designed for grinding, blending, deburring and fine finishing on curved surfaces, contours and internal profiles.

Their spiral construction allows the abrasive to follow changing shapes while maintaining stable contact with the workpiece, making them particularly useful for confined areas and detailed finishing work.

Available in a range of sizes and aluminium oxide grades including A60, A150 and A280, the range covers applications from general material removal through to finer surface finishing.

Typical applications include deburring, contour grinding, edge work, surface preparation, internal profile finishing and blending on steel, stainless steel and other suitable metals.

Always use abrasive spiral bands with the correct compatible holder and observe the recommended operating speed for the selected size.
