PFERD POLICAP Cylindrical Abrasive Caps are designed for controlled grinding, blending, deburring and fine finishing on flat surfaces, edges and confined areas.

Their seamless cylindrical construction provides consistent contact with the workpiece, helping deliver even stock removal and a uniform surface finish across precision grinding and finishing applications.

Available in a range of diameters, lengths and grit sizes, these POLICAP caps are suitable for applications including surface preparation, edge work, deburring, blending, internal profile finishing and fine finishing.

The range includes aluminium oxide abrasive grades from A60 to A280, allowing the correct cap to be selected for heavier material removal through to finer finishing work.

Suitable materials include steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and other materials, depending on the selected abrasive and grit.

Always use POLICAP abrasive caps with the correct compatible holder and observe the recommended operating speed for the selected size.
