PFERD Compressed-Air Angle Grinders are professional pneumatic drive units designed for demanding grinding, cutting, deburring and surface-finishing applications in fabrication, engineering, maintenance and industrial production.

The range includes compact high-speed precision grinders as well as powerful turbine-driven angle grinders for larger abrasive tools and heavier stock-removal applications.

Selected models feature integrated centrifugal governors to help maintain a constant rotational speed during use, while lever-operated versions include a dead-man’s switch for safer operation. Some larger models also include anti-vibration handles and flange mounting for compatible abrasive tools.

Available across a wide range of power outputs, speeds and tool diameters, the range includes compact models from 75 watts and 80,000 RPM through to high-powered 2,600 watt turbine angle grinders for 125mm, 150mm and 180mm applications.

Typical applications include grinding, cutting, weld removal, deburring, surface preparation and finishing on steel, stainless steel and other suitable industrial materials, depending on the abrasive tool fitted.
