PFERD CC-GRIND VIEW SGP STEELOX 125mm is a high-performance grinding disc designed for fast stock removal, weld dressing and controlled surface grinding on steel and stainless steel (INOX).
Featuring PFERD VICTOGRAIN precision-formed ceramic abrasive grain, the disc delivers extremely aggressive grinding performance, cool cutting and long tool life for demanding fabrication, engineering and metalworking applications.
The distinctive viewing panes allow the operator to see the grinding area during use, helping improve control and maintain the correct contact angle throughout the grinding process.
Compared with conventional grinding wheels, CC-GRIND VIEW provides significantly reduced noise and vibration, while the glass-fibre reinforced backing offers the strength and dimensional stability required for heavy-duty use.
Its rigid construction also helps produce flatter surfaces than conventional flap discs, while offering greater robustness than fibre discs in demanding conditions.
Suitable for applications including weld removal, heavy stock removal, surface grinding, edge preparation and light scale removal on steel and stainless steel.
