PFERD CC-GRIND SOLID SGP STEEL 115mm is a high-performance grinding disc designed for extremely fast stock removal, weld dressing and surface grinding on steel.
Featuring PFERD VICTOGRAIN precision-formed abrasive grain, the disc delivers highly aggressive cutting performance, cool grinding and extremely long tool life for demanding fabrication, engineering and metalworking applications.
Compared with conventional grinding wheels, CC-GRIND SOLID offers significantly improved working comfort, with reduced noise, vibration and dust generation, while still providing the durability and safety expected from a heavy-duty grinding system.
The layered glass-fibre backing provides excellent strength and stability, helping maintain consistent grinding performance and producing a cleaner surface finish than conventional grinding wheels.
Suitable for applications including weld removal, heavy stock removal, surface grinding, edge preparation and deburring on steel.
