PFERD CC-GRIND FLEX SGP STEEL 115mm is a high-performance grinding disc designed for fast weld removal, stock removal and smooth surface grinding on steel.
Featuring PFERD VICTOGRAIN-COOL precision-formed ceramic abrasive grain, the disc delivers highly aggressive cutting performance, cool grinding and long tool life for demanding fabrication, engineering and metalworking applications.
The FLEX design is particularly suited to smoothing butt welds and producing an even surface finish, helping reduce the risk of dents and uneven grinding compared with conventional grinding wheels.
Compared with standard grinding wheels, CC-GRIND FLEX offers significantly reduced noise and vibration, together with lower dust generation and improved operator comfort during intensive grinding work.
The layered glass-fibre backing provides the strength and durability required for professional use while maintaining the flexibility needed for controlled surface work.
