PFERD CC-GRIND FLEX SG STEEL 115mm is a high-performance grinding disc designed for smoothing butt welds, controlled surface grinding and fine finishing on steel.
Featuring a FINE CO-COOL ceramic abrasive specification, the disc provides fast, controlled grinding while helping produce a smooth, even surface finish in professional fabrication, engineering and metalworking applications.
The FLEX design is particularly effective for complete smoothing of butt welds, helping reduce the risk of dents, bumps and uneven grinding compared with conventional grinding wheels.
Compared with standard grinding wheels, CC-GRIND FLEX significantly reduces noise and vibration, while also generating less dust and improving operator comfort during extended use.
The layered glass-fibre backing provides the durability and safety required for professional applications while maintaining enough flexibility for controlled surface finishing.
