PFERD ALUMASTER HSD-R RS is a high-performance milling disc designed specifically for robotic aluminium machining applications.
The RS design is intended exclusively for robotic use, providing fast, controlled material removal on aluminium, wrought aluminium alloys and cast aluminium in automated fabrication and production environments.
Featuring PFERD HICOAT technology and replaceable carbide cutting inserts, the ALUMASTER HSD-R RS provides efficient machining performance, reduced abrasive waste and consistent results during demanding automated material-removal operations.
The tool can also be used on suitable non-ferrous metals and fibre-reinforced plastics where the application has been assessed as appropriate.
Available in 50mm, 125mm and 150mm diameters, allowing the correct tool size to be selected for the robotic system and machining requirement.
