PFERD ALUMASTER HSD-R 115/125 is a high-performance milling disc designed for rapid stock removal in radial applications on aluminium and other suitable non-ferrous materials.
The HSD-R design is developed for working on aluminium, wrought aluminium alloys and cast aluminium, providing fast, controlled machining performance for demanding fabrication and metalworking applications.
Unlike conventional bonded grinding wheels, ALUMASTER uses replaceable carbide cutting inserts to deliver highly efficient material removal, reduced abrasive waste and excellent control during use.
Suitable for 115mm and 125mm angle grinders, the HSD-R is ideal for applications including edge machining, weld dressing, contour work and heavy stock removal where radial access is required.
The tool can also be used on suitable non-ferrous metals and fibre-reinforced plastics where the application has been assessed as appropriate.
Available in Standard and HICOAT variants for different performance requirements.
